The Architectural Committee meets the second Tuesday of every month, 7PM at the Farmhouse. In order to promptly process the increased volume of applications in the summer months, the Committee also meets the fourth Thursday of the month from May to September.

All applications must be submitted to the Committee through PMP.  General questions and requests for specific information may be addressed to acc@tavistockfarms.org. 

Submission Deadline for Consideration of an Application: Your application must be delivered to PMP by close of business on the Friday of the week before the meeting, i.e. if the Committee meets Tuesday February 10,2009, the submission deadline is Friday February 6, 2009. Your application may be left in the lockbox on the Farmhouse porch no later than the Thursday of the week before the meeting.

You are invited to attend the meetings. If you have a pending application, your attendance will expedite processing of your application if there are any questions.

The Committee members are appointed by the Board and serve one year terms.
