The Board of Directors is responsible for management, maintenance, operation and control of the common areas within the community as well as overseeing compliance with the Association's governing documents.

The Board employees a Managing Agent to oversee the day to day operation of the Association and delegates a number of operations to a group of standing Committees.

The seven Board members are community volunteers, elected at the Annual meeting in May. They serve staggered terms, with two terms expiring each year and 3 terms expiring every third year.

The Board meets on the third Monday of the month, 7PM at the Farmhouse. The Association's Annual Meeting and election of officers is held in May. Minutes from the meeting can be found in the Association Documents section.
