Recognizing the qualities that are a part of Tavistock Farms, it is the intent of the Association to serve its members through:

  • The management of the community's common area property and all of its improvements.

  • The respectful application of the community's guidelines and governing documents for the benefit of the community as a whole in order to maintain the quality of the community.

  • The offering of services sought by its members.
  • The presentation of community events for the enjoyment of the membership to foster friendships within the community.
  • The establishment of relationships between the members, area organizations, the Town, the County, and our neighboring Associations which collectively will establish and maintain a sense of community that sets Tavistock Farms apart from other communities.

In order to complete these goals, an elected Board of Directors governs your Association. The Board employs a Managing Agent, Loudoun Mangement Association, for the day-to-day operation of the Association and Rees, Broome, and Diaz, P.C., for legal representation. The Board also establishes various Committees to perform specific functions in support of the Board and Association.

The Board has awarded the contract for the 2008 pool season to Continental Pools and contracted for 2008 with Blake for landscape maintenance and services.
