Your Association operates amenities including the 1800's Farmhouse, a swimming pool, tennis courts, childrens playground, walking paths, and extensive common areas.
The use of several amenities, including the pool and tennis courts, are restricted to residents only. A pass is required to access the pool facilities and a key is required for the tennis courts. For access to these facilities, review the Pool Rules and Regulations and the Tennis Court Rules and Regulations, then fill out the appropriate application and submit to LMA. To rent either the pool or farmhouse for a private function, review the rules and regulations, then submit the appropriate application to LMA. Rentals are on a first come, first served basis so make your plans well in advance. The Rules and Regulations, application forms, and rental agreements are available online on our Association Document page or from LMA. We sponsor various events during the year and publish a quarterly newsletter and calendar for our residents. |
