The Board of Directors establishes Committees to assist in the management of the community by recommending actions or managing the details of specific community operations.

Committee members are volunteers, donating their time to serve their Community. To volunteer for a Committee, submit a Committee Application Form to Loudoun Management either by mail at the address on the form or fax it to Loudoun Management using the number on the form. You also may leave your application in the lockbox on the Farmhouse porch.

Architectural Committee is responsible for the respectful application of the Architectural portion of the community's guidelines and governing documents.

Communications Committee is responsible for developing procedures and programs to facilitate communications between the Association and its members. The Committee publishes the monthly newsletter and is responsible for development and maintenance of this web site.

Facilities Committee is responsible for amenities such as the Farmhouse, Tennis Courts, Pool and Playground.

Grounds Committee is responsible for the management of the community's common area property and all of its improvements.

Safety Committee is responsible for the security and safety of the community. We currently do not have any volunteers for this committee, so if you are interested please contact the board at hoa@tavistockfarms.org.

Social Committee is responsible for the presentation of community events for the enjoyment of the membership to foster friendships within the community.
