The Facilities Committee meets the second Monday of every month, 7PM at the Farmhouse. You are invited to attend the meetings. You may email the committee at facilities@tavistockfarms.org.

The Committee is responsible for maintenance, development, and the safe and orderly operation of the Community amenities including the Farmhouse, the Pool, Tennis Courts and Playground. An additional function of the Committee is administration of the Swim Team.

Committee documents include its Charter, Pool Rules and Regulations, Pool Pass Agreement, Swim Team application, Farmhouse Rental application, and the Tennis Court Rules and Regulations.
